SINOLIFT offers full range of lead traction batteries, appropriate for all kinds electro-operated vehicles. The batteries are made up of serially connected traction cells. The cells are arranged in an acid-resistant plastic-coated metal tray. Depending on the way of joining to the vehicle, the batteries are made in two variants: with two or four pole terminals with hard marking of the "+" and "-". The metal trays are supplied with suitable openings for load-unloading operations. Some of them have slots for the battery suspension to the electro forklift trucks. The capacity of the batteries depends on the set of traction cells. Traction batteries with capacity from 165 to 650 Ah meet the Bulgarian standard BDS 5845-90. All sells consist of set of negative and positive slabs, divided by separators in a plastic box with thermic sticked cover. In the center of the top is set a ventilation cap, preventing the free gas releasing and the direct sulphur acid aerosols releasing. The construction of the battery allows the exchange of the damaged cells for new ones from the same type.
